Our dedicated professional service centre is fully equipped with all the tools and expertise to keep you on the road and trail. We operate an online booking system so that your bike can be serviced on the day as far as possible. We know how important your bike is to you and do our best to get you back out there as quickly as possible. Your bike will be assessed by one of our team and our recommendations are always made with your best interests and personal safety at heart.
It is much easier for our team to inspect and care for your bike if it arrives in a reasonably clean state. If it is necessary for us to deep clean your bike before it is inspected, a surcharge will be added to cover additional workshop time and the cleaning products used.
Please note that Bikes are booked in for the day and are required to be with us before 10:00am. The 9:15 appointment is because we require the bikes in the morning. You will then be emailed by the workshop system when your bike is ready or needs any additional parts.
The £10 deposit is required to secure the appointment and is refundable up to 48hrs before the appointment.
